Christmas has always been my favourite time of year and I am so honoured to be an elf this year! I’m avoiding the candy canes and maple syrup but we are all singing loud and clear for all to hear and we are thrilled that you have chosen us to be under the tree this year so thank you. We thought we should probably answer some of your most frequently asked questions about our Christmas orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are wonderfully busy this time of year and we absolutely love packing up all of your fabulous mini- uniforms as we get them ready to go to their new homes. All orders will be processed within 2 days and in plenty of time for Christmas but if you have any particular concerns please email us.

When is the last day for ordering?

We will happily accept orders up to midnight December 16th. We will not be restocking items before Christmas however, so to avoid disappointment we would recommend you don’t wait until the last minute to order. This gives us plenty of time to prepare and ship orders out in time to arrive for Christmas. We will continue to be available for enquiries until the 21st after which we will close for Christmas and reopen on January 7th.

Our delivery partners have provided us with some dates after which they cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. To avoid horrible disappointment on Christmas morning that means we will not be able to accept orders for pre-Christmas delivery to Europe after December 6th and for the UK after December 12th

Will anyone be able to tell what is in the parcel?

Santa’s little helpers like to keep things low key. We use cardboard boxes and plain eco-friendly packaging bags without any logos or identifying symbols so even if your order is intercepted the contents will remain completely safe from enquiring eyes.

Our packaging is now either made from recycled materials or it is fully recyclable. We wrap everything in a strong tissue paper that is absolutely perfect for protecting Christmas decorations come January.

What happens if I am sending the order as a gift?

All your lovely orders have a handwritten note inside. If you would like us to address that note in a particular way just let us know in the comments when checking out online. We never include packing slips or invoices in your parcel so you don’t need to worry, just make sure you complete the shipping address as thoroughly as possible when ordering, including Eircodes. What if the size is wrong?

If for any reason you change your mind we are always happy to exchange unused items in their original packaging. You can find out more about exchanging or returning items here. Should you wish to exchange an item in advance of Christmas we will do our very best to make that happen. Please contact us for more information.

One of the reasons people worry that they may need to exchange an item is due to size. Our costumes are generously sized and tested on Irish children of all sizes so we are confident that you do not need to “size-up” when ordering. We recommend that you but the costume at the same size as the wearers clothing. A size 4 winter coat will be a size 3/4 costume. For ease of reference, we have more information about sizes on each costume page. The dimensions are on the page at the bottom and we suggest you use these to compare to the wearers existing clothes if possible.

How will my order be delivered

When your fabulous new uniform has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch.
We use An Post for all our postage. We offer Express tracked delivery in Ireland as standard. Typically that is a next-day, signed-for service however due to the volume of packages being handled at this time of year we would suggest a 2 day delivery time.

It is worth noting that in order to speed up the delivery process and to avoid parcels being held or diverted to a sorting office we recommend you fill in your address as completely as possible when ordering. If you have an Eircode please use it.
