When I decided to develop printable resources to go with each costume design I knew I wanted to include a lot of unique imagery into the packs. I didn’t want to purchase generic clip art, I wanted artwork that really captured the spirit of Mermaids and Dragons and so I decided to work with an Irish illustrator and I can honestly say that meeting Nadia for a coffee was one of the best decisions I made.
Nadia is a talented artist and the owner of Moobles & Toobles, a successful organic children’s clothing company based in Ireland. Her work draws on her diverse creative and business skills as she not only designs and prints for her own products each season but also designs, illustrates and advises other small businesses in the areas of web and print graphics.
Nadia is a talented artist but she is also a generous soul who I am delighted to have met and am thrilled to have as the person who brings some real magic to Mermaids & Dragons. When I first discussed Mermaids & Dragons with Nadia she completely understood my vision and my plans for the company and knew exactly how she could bring those to life in illustration. She is a joy to work with and her unique style has quickly become an integral part of Mermaids & Dragons. The vast majority of the artwork featured in our printable resources and of course “Jamie” our lovable character are all Nadia’s original work.
You can find Nadia over at www.mooblesandtoobles.com where you can see for yourself the extraordinary talent that this woman brings to her work.
Thanks Nadia for being part of the Mermaids & Dragons adventure.
